I’ve been having really bad latency spikes to the point that I’m rubber banding all over the map. I’m relatively certain it’s an ISP issue, but I’ve had 6 tech out and they say there’s nothing wrong with my connection. Would there be anyone who would be willing to help me troubleshoot this. I’ve run pathpings and they jump all the way up to 650 at times. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do anymore.
How long have you had this issue? I have had similar ping issues since last Thursday.
On and off here and there but it started getting REALLY bad around that time as well.
Are you trying to play on the Chicago Servers as well?
I’m Central based, but play with friends on west coast so I can confirm it happens no matter what server I’m pinging off of
Yeah I’m having the same thing. I’m getting better ping on West Coast compared to NA Central when I live 100 miles away from Chicago. I ran some tests and it seems like on my end it’s an issue with a server I’m connecting to before the Chicago servers. Weirdly the problem only occurs from 4pm-2am EST.

This looks like an ISP issue to me as you are pinging high on the second hop with consistent packet loss throughout the test.

I’m having similar issues but it is very sporadic. Usually when I’m involved in 1v1’s rather than team fights which is really odd.
My whole game screen freezes for a good 10 seconds and then catches up and I get demolished (usually when I play dps, I’ve never had this happen as a support which I main), which is also odd.
Although it generally occurs more on Antarctica than other maps, it is not set to just that one map. I checked my network stats and frame rate and have 53ms latency and 144 fps, so there is no real reason for the spikes.
