Hi My friend is new to overwatch on PC and she has a Razer Kraken tournament edition, but she can’t hear game sound. Only her mic is working. We’ve put the mic and headphones as default devices, and let windows give permission to use them too. Is there something we’re missing?
It’s hard to say without looking at files that are specific to her setup. It could be an audio driver issue, it could be a network issue on the modem blocking VOIP. It could be an ISP-level issue regarding VOIP.
Thanks for the reply. It turned out to be a problem with Razer Synapse. We fixed it and it works like a charm now!
