Yeah, its QP, but why add harsh leaver penalties if you have no plans to even try to fix the match quality?

Because a significant number of players wanted an actual leaver penalty. Most of us would have preferred a leaver’s queue but you take what you can get.
Still wondering where the seemingly abundant leavers were, to me it looked like they started to punish everyone out of nowhere while at the same time match quality was the worst it had ever been.
I still believe the leaver punishments are a results of the devs rage quitting trying to fix the matchmaker
