**note: the lower the ultimate is ranked the worse the value it offers for more risk
**note 2: next time Cassidy haters complain about him and want his stun nerfed or outright removed remember that his ultimate competes with Reaper for being the worst one in the game and that he is trash compared to other heroes, flash being his only ability that keeps him away from being a complete throw pick

Blade grants such insane value for just W+Shift+M1, it has a 5 meters range, resets his abilities, dealing like what 110 dps? the only thing that can reliably outheal that bs is Ana nade, and yes when combined with friendly Ana nano it’s legitimately unstoppable

I didn’t call Re-mech OP, it’s in the 2nd tier “impactful, good, few drawbacks”

aint no way you put orisa ult in okay-ish

it litterally turns teamfights but alright

BEAT DROP ISNT META DEFINING WHATSOEVER. litterally anything beat drop can do, imort can do better. lucios ult and orisas ult NEED to be swapped

emp is meta defining. tire is NOT meta defining. blade IS NOT meta defining. dragons are ok but definitly not impactfull.

I knew before I even saw the tier list that you’d rank blade as top tier and Cassidy’s as the lowest.

What was the thought process behind ranking blade, sound barrier, and Junkrat tire as meta-defining when they’ve rarely been meta?

I’m also confused because you used to say that Cass does Mei’s job better, now all of a sudden she’s miles better than him to you including her ult? What changed?

It moves insanely fast. unless you are a god hitscan to take it out in time, that brainless ult guarantees 1-2 kills each time considering how huge its AoE is. it can also climb walls, killing the rat doesn’t kill his ult. it’s just severly underrated but it carries them so much

if his tire is consistently getting 1-2 kills, thats more of a your team problem

I’m still confused on how that’s meta-defining, if he’s literally not defining the meta with his ultimate.

His ultimate gets shot down in ranks where there is a meta. How does that work?

Most of the dps ults are 1-2 tier too high. Only EMP and Dupe are “op and meta defining” (I would just say they are top tier)

Flux too low.
Death blossom too low.
Super charger too low.

emp is not that good for majority of ranked games even in the extreme high end ranks. Sombra damage is too low for her to get kills by herself even with abilities disabled (healing creep still exists), orisa booster gets destroyed immediately after her shield breaks and mercy damage boost as an ability is just better, beat can counter all ults even ults that it shouldn’t like sigma Flux (how can he drop the beat without touching the ground if he is in the air?) so that’s why it’s meta defining

Those two ults get negated a lot and fairly easily imo D:

But again…where is the ‘meta defining’ aspect? Since Double shield is still good he clearly isnt meta defining

Junk can’t do anything when Pharah is as strong as she’s ever been after the hitscan range nerfs. Echo is the 2nd strongest dps.

Tracer being first, Soldier third. Soldiers only weaker than Echo because of Copy.

because DS is not the only comp that is ran and any map where rat is used, his ult is just good
what drawbacks do you think his ult has to be worth putting 1 tier lower?

I remember Super Charger being one of the highest win rate ult. Like top 5 if not top 3.

Death Blossom is not certainly not a feeding ult. It deals damage fast, in every direction, and provides sustain.

So then…how is it meta defining or even remotely close to OP?

A: He stands still while doing it
B: Its very easy to counter (Immortality , defensive ults and abilities, 150hp and can be easily shot down)
C: Super charger and Flux are like 20x more meta defining that it
