Because Hanzo is the easiest hero in the game. You don’t have to do anything but have good luck. Granted, Tracer could be a little higher in my list, but with blinks and a free heal, she’s not too difficult to play.

kiriko is girl hanzo. Spam headshot level get kills, teleport away, suzu never die. She’s a cakewalk compared to the survival skills you need as mercy.

And i disagree can you be lucky on hanzo sure but you can be lucky on widow too hanzo take alot of skill to consistently get head shots at long range and tracer takes apot of game sense cool down managment movment and aim shes on par with genji in difficulty

I would say she is she just has a better skill to value curve then genji which is a different discussion entirely
Is this from most to least skilled or therapeutic other way around? Is Hanzo that low because of the randomness of his OHKs or his theoretical effectiveness? Because I’d definitely place him above Ashe since luck will only get you so far and every shot you miss is another second the enemy has to kill him in a game where most characters can kill in 2 seconds or less with their weapons alone.
Seriously, if Hanzo was as easy as people say, I’d dominate with him and climb from Gold (2 rank demotion bs for not playing for years until OW2 launch) to Diamond or higher in under a day. I play on console btw, so he’s even harder despite the so called “aimbot” that is aim assist.

This list works for the majority, except the niche hero mains would argue that Reaper, Sym, Mei should be at the top instead of Widow, Tracer.
Aside from that, i would say Hanzo should be higher in the DPS tier, Illary should be lower in support’s. And Ball is way harder than D.Va.
