Kiriko’s is BY FAR the worst. It’s arguably the only one with no character arc or development of any kind, and it conflicts with established lore. I actually considered it a screenwriting disaster.

i loved it personally as it shows nature and robots living together and the effects of ptsd, and the fact they showed it without any words really sells it for me

Shorts:
I’d only need to slightly rearrange some of your list to match my own opinion:
I’d bump "“Rise and Shine” to 3/5, “Kiriko” and “Reunion” to 2/5. Otherwise- the list is pretty on the same track for me.
Origin stories; I’d take Echo up to 3/5, Brig up to 5/5, Junker Queen up to 4/5, Soldier, Sojourn, and Uprising down to 1/5, and Doomfist down to 4/5 and it’d be on point for me.
I don’t dislike any of the shorts, per se (except maybe “Shooting Star”), but “Dragons” always feels like people give it too much credit.
When they were releasing in order, “Dragons” was probably the better of the trailers released before the game came out, but they’ve done significantly better since and I just don’t think it’s as interesting as some of the stuff that’s come later.

Nah, Dragons goes last because of how absolutely uninspired it was. Completely predictable from beginning to end.

Sojourn’s origin shouldn’t be that high if Echo is that low.Sojourn’s goes:
“I was in Overwatch,then I wasn’t,now I am again”
She has a lot of lore but it’s in the novel,this video tells you next to nothing about her.
Echo’s atleast gives a good insight at Liao’s motivations.
