I quitted playing while I was master and got placed in bronze 5.
I have won like 50 games but still gold 2. Actually, did not promote last 2 times I won 7 games. Didn’t they promise boost or sth?

Update. After 49 games, I have finally ranked up. I received Bronze 4 yasterday, today I ranked up again and I am on Bronze 1. I finally made it out of Bronze 5, and I realised that this is not a bug yet a really really really flawed ranking system. Bronze 5 is anywhere between 0 - 1100, which means it is going to take a long long time before you see progress. I think they should include SR scores with each rank up for B5 at least so players can know how far they have until they reach Bronze 4. If someone is seeing this, as long as you get more wins than losses you will eventually make it out Bronze 5. I believe in you.
