not only it makes no sense to be judged based on the actions of 4 other people but it also discourage trying because you are going to lose rank anyway.

There are so many issues with your suggestion.
Supports in a winning game often will have lower heals simply for the fact that their DPS/Tanks kill the enemies quickly enough to not need tons of sustain.
Additionally, how would you factor utility into this? A Lucio that is stuck in healing will have more healing than a Lucio that uses his full kit.
Ana sleeping a Nano blading genji has 10x more value than sleeping a tank in an unimportant moment of the match.
A Mercy can outheal a Moira if she only uses her heal beam, but she will be a worse player than a Mercy that utilizes dmg boost properly.
