so, the first season ended and I awaited my Ranked Points but only received 250, but it should be more since I should be rewareded for each role, right?

I only got 250 as well, I got rewarded as gold but my highest rank was plat

It says it right on the challenge.
“Only one rank challenge awarded”
So you only get the reward for the highest rank you achieved across all roles and open queue. So if you got
Tank: Silver
DPS: Gold
Support: Bronze
Open Queue: Silver
You’d get the reward for gold aka 250 competitive points. It’s not like OW1 where you got smaller rewards for each role, they’ve gone back to how it used to be prior to role queue. They are trying to de-emphasize the necessity to play all roles just to earn the competitive points, which reduced game quality because people who don’t want to be playing that role felt they were forced to.
