Hi everyone reading this,
Today I queued in competitive, but after 1 minute I decided to cancel the queue. Everything was fine until I noticed that somehow blizzard susbended me for 10 minutes and gave me a lost, so I lost 50 sr.
Unfortunately I cant find a way to contact the blizzard support, because this system is realy weird.
Hope this gets fixed soon

This is currently an issue that I have been personally seeing. Just remember to avoid clicking cancel and only queue if you are absolutely ready to play, until Blizzard can fix this. Penalties cannot be reversed unfortunately.
