Feedback for the developers…
I have 10 years of moba experience and roughly 5 to 10 thousand matches played (quick ballpark).
My feedback about competitive play:
-Switch to 1 overall rank tier.
→ I heal I tank I DPS I’m exceptionally good at healing and tanking and im not the best at DPS because i suck at aiming… the stats will show this but you must not split up rank tiers for this there is no competition that way. Once i realized that i quit playing for half a year now i just play to play (of course i only do ranked).
- dont limit group size in ranked
→ this one gets on my nerves… I am a solo quer only and i do love to go against 3/4/5 man parties. this is the nature of ranked play. its competitive… guess what if i start loosing because i dont have a mic then im going to have to get a mic and start winning. thats competitive play. or am i just that good at solo que and love destroying premade? - do not limit team composition, have 1 ranked que
→ get rid of the two ranked mode que’s. All DPS / double tank / no heals / double heals and the list goes on…no heals are smash comps and they have a place and a time and in ranked que you should expect a smash comp (best admittedly if people have mic’s). Ill take hate for this but if your in MOBA games and dont know smash comps you are missing a level of play that will make you better in traditional comps and overall. This will also help que times by the way which is not something im worried about… but alot of people dont want to wait around… there goes your player pool and potential for making more in game purchases.
