My rank just reset AGAIN … to bronze 5…was silver 4 b4 ranking win…then it says Im bronze5 promoted to bronze2…
Same thing happened couple weeks ago. This is gettin old.

The same thing is happening to me
what do you expect. They havent done anything right since the early 2000’s before gaming was discovered as a return on investment to investors. The original Blizz games were good but now they are owned and ran by shareholders that probably never touched a game a day in their old rusty azz ives.
It’s just a bug in the display, it always shows the icon of the new rank. So what probably happened is that you went from Silver 5 to Bronze 2 but it showed as going from Bronze 5 to Bronze 2.
