I was playing last night and one of my friend randomly got booted from a comp game and said he got a message saying ‘unable to connect to game server’. He was able to reboot and quickly rejoin without issue, but it was still odd. Then today, the first game I queued, I joined a game on the new Push map and before the lobby doors even opened, I got the same exact issue. It went to the login/loading screen you get before the main menu when you boot the game and said ‘unable to establish connection to game server’ or something along those lines. I clicked ‘exit to desktop’ and tried to reboot, but I was getting login failures for a few minutes. By the time i got in, i was banned for 15 minutes. and my elo is probably impacted as well. This was not an internet issue, as my wife who was online was not impacted for the few minutes it was down, and it happened to my friend who lives hundreds of miles away the night before.
