I made a ticket for this and it had been escalated.
But has anyone randomly been banned from Overwatch? Last time I played was Nov 2022 I have less than 7 hours on it probably a lot less than that. Not into the game too much.
Anyways I logged in to cancel my wow subscription and noticed I was banned on overwatch for violating TOS. But I was banned two years later Oct 2024.
Is this normal? In my 20+ years of gaming I’ve never been banned from a game. But being banned on a game I don’t even play is wild.

When was the last time you played WoW? Sounds like you havent been playing Blizzard games for years. I’d check any old emails you might still have. They will usually give a brief description of problems. Whether its a conduct breach or suspected program hacks. If you have Razer devices, Synapse used to get flagged as an illegitimate program running in the background as well.
Last moth I played WoW but me not playing Overwatch but 3 or 4 times and not in over two and a half years should not be grounds for termination. I have a 21 year steam account, never banned on any game other than Overwatch.

Recent activity on this account has shown various and continued actions deemed inappropriate for Overwatch. These actions violate our Code of Conduct and create an unacceptable detriment to our players.
Due to these violations, we have permanently closed your Overwatch account. Blizzard will not transfer or compensate any purchases or in-game value lost as a result of this closure."
Can you ask what those actions were?
