It would be cool if you could mark some skins as favorite, then in the skin selection drop down menu at the beginning of matches, you could select an option to choose a random favorite skin

The request for a “random skin” option has been around since 2019. It would be nice to have, but I stopped holding my breath for simple feature additions like this years ago.

I think they introduced the feature to pick a skin on the hero select screen so I don’t think they’ll do much more (but it would be nice!) 
The beta did have a “favorite” option for cosmetics. Maybe they have something in the works.
