Like title says, i am continuously rubberbanding, only in this game, and it makes the game quite literally unplayable. Random jumps in ping from 40 to 100, couple weeks ago i was seeing it in thousands too.
Playing from Scotland, server IP is 5.42.186.150, wherever that places it.

all of them, this problem is not new, couple months old now. it just got worse.
Can you post your network test results here so we can look them over?
just got back home, when i tried running winmtr it just says no response from host, even after i update the IP
After you select Overwatch from the drop-down menu, use the IP that corresponds to your region.
