Random new Freezing

So recently In OW ive had some random new glitch where my gamer will freeze for about 1-2 seconds. During this time mouse/keyboard inputs do nothing. Ive changed nothing. Not really sure what the issue is. Also it seems like im also getting this in windows at random times, but not 100% sure as it hasnt happened often enough yet.

Review the errors at the end of the report and see if the mouse software is crashing. Other causes can be live wallpapers, memory issues, GPU driver crash, or overheating.
