Random From Favorites no longer appears for skins

I can see it for highlight intros still but the option for skins has disappeared.

I have the exact same issue.

Also my sensitivity parameters got mixed between “All characters” which took the same value as a specific character. Resetting the setting for All characters did also reset my setting for this specific character…

Same issue for me - apparently they didn’t test this release very well…

Yep the new update erased the option from the skins section

Weirdly enough, it doesn’t affect everybody. My friend still have it.

I don’t have it selectable either, but, the people I had it equipped on previously still are rotating through my favorite selected skins, so long as I don’t change it.

Exactly, it appears like no skin is selected since the option we actually selected is hidden

for me, any hero that I had random from favourite skins just got put to their default skin. weird

Bruh, what the heck? How do you mess this up? I still have all the skins marked as favorites, but it’s not there. Also, the thing seems to actually work, it’s just not a thing you can turn on, be it in the gallery on hero select screen.

Same here, before the midseason patch the function was super glitchy aswell, had multiple skins as favorites, with the random from favorites option selected but every single game it would just give me the same skin. I played juno almost every match, had both her mythic and fearless favorited but it would always default to fearless both in gallery and ingame. Same for all the other heroes I played. I guess the option is removed now temporarily since it was bugging?

I have the same problem. I used it to almost every hero so I noticed it pretty quickly. Please fix this✨

Just noticed this is also happening to me on pc. Every hero the option is now gone to “random from favorites”

I’m having the same issue. No longer have “Random from Favorites” as an option for skins, but still works for any already set to it before the update.
