Random fps drops

hello,i get random fps drops when in team fights.whenever sombra or moira use their ults my fps dips to 9 from 60.i invested into getting a new graphics card(1650) but the issue remains. any advice would help. thank you

You can find a few steps and suggestions here and here, but for more specific advice we would need the DxDiag:

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DxDiag into a new post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the (</>) button. That’ll make the information much more readable.

Hey woodkid,

It looks like you have Razer Chroma installed, which has been causing FPS issues for some players. Let’s try uninstalling it temporarily by following these steps.
