I have random lag spikes occasionally. I used glasswire to see Overwatch downloading 1MB in a short amount of time. Happens seemingly randomly in some games and not in others. My connection is limited to 600-700kbs so it causes me to lag out for a few seconds.
What is this 1MB download? Any solutions?
