a week ago i uploaded a hacking ashe to youtube and now i have another record of a soldier 76 hacker. i kind of think it is a hack. not very blatant but yea, it looks like soft lock aim with walls.
only been 7 days till i noticed but maybe its because i been starting to pay attention a bit more.
anyways the video… what do you guys think. i can provide the replay code if people want to see it as well

i think im gonna watch most replays to try and find one again. still going through EACH player in a replay is a tall task especially in a loss game. i hate watching my losses but people say that if you watch your losses you get better. i just get salty lol
You can figure out a way to spot them once you start noticing. They have to dogwhistle each other so they don’t crank their hacks up too much against each other.
Also they’re increasingly lazy and just have a default profile.
The movement is pretty bad compared to aim. Looks like controller though.
Just report: Any player popping off with default skins 5 mins into what would have been a loss.
If they are innocent, nothing will happen, right?

thats what i was thinking. the way they moved seemed clunky but sometimes he would “lock on” somehow. its really subtle tho… maybe i am wrong but it looks fishy at times heh
i never played with controller, had this game for 8 years on pc. no way would i try and play this game on a console… controllers are alien to me now lol

Controller doesn’t lock aim. I played in PS4 for 2 years and it never locked the aim. It tries to slow down how you aim when you get near a target, but good console players disable any kind of aim assist. It actually makes you kill less…
This from experience from playing console version of Overwatch, and even hopping on PC with a controller on instead of mouse & keyboard.

It’s more than a lot of people think, even if it is only like 5% at the worst, that’s a cheater in almost every 2 games.
I did discern a bit of a soft lock, but to be honest, it’s not even worth mentioning.
Reminder you can use xim on PC and console. Idk how Overwatch works, but some games if you use xim on PC you’ll get the MNK aim assist and no recoil
also xim has an “assisted” aim assist that you can download. Which manually increases the pull
Was it a console player? Kind of looks like aim assist to me. Hard to say for sure
