This happend to me twice, i only recorded 1. I recorded in 1 person and in 3rd person.
It could be from accidentally pressing the button the reverts you back in between both forms. I know that it’s able to do that if you choose to but I have been playing him a lot lately and it’s been happening to me constantly as well. In fact, it’s happened enough times to the point that I made sure I wasn’t near the cancel button, but it still does it sometimes and it’s not fair because it interferes with moments that could have ended differently to be good for my team. Maybe there is a slight bug that’s not always noticeable. I still think that the cancel button should have a delay before you’re able to use it though because I do still accidentally press it the same time as ult sometimes and it deleted my ult so fast that you don’t even see one frame of it but you can still hear the voice line.
Activating nemesis form while already in nemesis form will cancel it. Same goes with his ult. If you press nemesis form while ulting it will cancel.

I kind of wish they would get rid of that. Sometimes it makes sense to wanna cancel nemesis so you can start the cooldown early, but i never find a situation where i want to cancel my ultimate.
Even though it only lasts 3 seconds max when out of range, when you are out of range and getting no value, being able to cancel it is kind of nice.

Yeah but to be fair at that point it only takes at most 3 seconds to cancel itself.
At the very least, moving it to the ultimate button would be nice
3 seconds can be a pretty big difference in Overwatch, but I do agree, switching it to the ult button would be nice
