They gave me the ramattra spray but not the skin, and I saw people on matches with the skin equiped. Why this keep happening, I really want the skin.

I am not even seeing the drops on twitch, like my accounts aren’t linked, but they are. Very frustrating

Problem is, the team dont care, support already say sorry we cant do anything and twitch is like you gotta go talk with blizzard.
I’m not sure if you all are on PC with this issue, but I am on console. I also exclusively use Twitch on my Xbox and android phone via the Twitch app. I claim my drops via the twitch app (which in turn brings you to the website in your browser I guess). I have had no issue.
Only mentioning this to find out the outliers here and why it’s not working for you guys. If any of you haven’t, maybe try getting the drops with the Twitch app instead of watching Twitch on PC? It shouldn’t matter but weird stuff seems like it can happen, as we’ve seen a lot since the launch of the game. Best of luck.
