It’d be balanced if the ult only lasted 8-10 seconds with no max increase timer.
Just that flat.
20 seconds max is highkey broken.
it’s wildly unnecessary for him to have so many advantages during it and I’m amazed it hasn’t been nerfed to the ground
Only OP part is being able to pop it, ult, then pop it again. You self heal a ton while having like 20secs up time.

I don’t think Ram is EXTREMELY OP but I do think he’s the best tank right now. If I were to nerf him, I’d simply lower the amount of HP he has in Nemesis form from 675 to 625

limit his ult to 13-15 seconds not 20, and nerf his punch to not pierce barriers
if he needs a buff after, let him pierce onlyin ult
If they buff him latter I’d just get them to buff vortex as it’s not that useful of an ability
His ult should get nerfed. That’s it
