Fun fact: in all the heroes released post-launch, Ramattra is the only one who does not use all of his ability slots. Why doesn’t he have an E ability? Did the hero designers just forget?

Say that to Mercy then, that uses it 3-5 times per 10 minutes…
Might as well be non-existent any way.
So it is not limited to Rammatra.
Ramattra’s ability is just fine. One just needs to learn to use it right.
However, heroes that clearly need an “e” ability to parry and be effective are Roadhog, Zarya and somewhat Wrecking Ball.
Zarya’s “e” and “shift” ability are the same one with a different use, Roadhog’s “e” ability doesn’t help in any way his teammates (no protection) and Wrecking Ball simply doesn’t work as a solo tank (no real “tank” ability, same goes for JQ that has no business in the tank category - she’s a buffed DPS).

preaching to the choir here. I want rez dead and gone. Horribly boring ability. She needs something more dynamic and fun. Not a glorified stand and glow for 2 seconds emote on a 30 sec cooldown

What? Res can literally save team fights. Don’t make light of its impact, no matter how much it’s used.
Oh and Ramattra’s E ability should not have a ceiling limit as it currently does. Very weird design decision.

oh really? lol. I dont find it difficult to deal with at all when playing against him, I don’t really think much about it at all, I’ve just seen several people call it bad and thought maybe that’s what OP was doing in a jokey way
