just like wtf every time enemy ramattra use their ult it’s guarenteed a team wipe, kill him? hell no how can i when he is always being pocketed by mercy and all our teammates die instantly and plus somehow with junkrat, ramattra is honestly undefeatable

It’s absurd how frequently his ult alone (no other ults assisting) results in an effective team wipe. It’s around as broken as launch kiriko ult was. With proper support it’s more broken.
There does exist counter play but it’s extremely specific and still results in him removing you from objective, which is too strong. Needs a nerf and compensation buffs elsewhere in his kit.

Rammattra does so little damage normally the ultimate perfectly fits, and it’s not like he’s regenerating health, the opposite, he’s slowly degenerating those around him. Just shoot him until he dies.

It needs about a 20% range and charge reduction, then it’d be fine. Or to get rid of his speed boost in Nemesis.

Ha! People thought I was crazy when I speculated that Junk was nerfed because of his synergy with the yet to be released Ramattra. And maybe I was. I probably was. But anyway…yeah, screw Ram.
The problem is that his nemesis mode, and therefore his ult by extension, has a mechanical skill requirement designed with kindergarteners in mind. This ability is simply a free ‘kill squishies’ button (with those squishies being the supports if Ram’s smart).
It’s astonishing that we went from the complexity of Queen to this.

it doesn’t work, I have tried. Ram is just on top of me regardless. There is no real countering him even if I boop him back he’s just right back on top of me and bam dead.

IDK, Zen discord uninstalls ram, ana’s both nade and sleep cancel his ult, hell heck even bap just shooting at him makes it very easy. I think people are learning how to play against rams and he is becoming weaker every day.
I totally agree with you. I think he should lose his speed buff. It would be a lot more balanced if you could escape him. It would still be good because when he pops his ult, you can’t really contest an objective, especially considering the range of his ult.
They could also replace Ravenous vortex with some form of sprint, so he would have to choose between going fast or doing additional damage with Pummel (pummel is 100 dps).

meh, she only stomps on his ult by nuking it. other than that, she eats his primary but not in his big form (can’t remember its name), which is uneatable kinetic energy of some kind. so it’s a 50/50 who wins. i don’t think ram is op, but his ult is annoying and feels very lowskill, so if they make changes to it they should be lateral changes. he doesn’t need to lose power, he just needs more skill expression in his ult instead of a free aoe killzone that runs at you with speedboost. i can’t help but feel extremely bitter whenever he wipes my team out with that ult, since i play dva and junkerqueen and both feel like they get far less value out of their ults while requiring far more skill both in and out of ult.
