Doomfist zarya Roadhog ball. All seem to play well into ram.

I mostly just play ram when the enemy wants to brawl

Ram is mostly good into rein the ā€œSā€ tier tank

As someone who has added rammatra to my main tank line up and play him in comp almost all the time as tank Iā€™d say his best counters are as listed

Ana- sleep during nemesis form stops ram dead in his tracks and anti makes you mortal and tone back aggression

Mei- Slow down on primary slows ram down and ult will just straight up freeze him, walling him off during a push or seperating him from his team will potentially ruin the enemy teams push and earn a kill on him

Wrecking Ball- kill his backline 4head lol, no but really ball bullies brawl tanks if you are good at him

Doomfist- Doom is one of my main tanks and I find him to work well against ram you can bully him around but if his team isnā€™t paste munching then it wonā€™t work

Bastion- brrrrrrrrt him works very well

Zenyatta- discord will make it easier to burn him down

Sombra- hack him thatā€™s it

Heā€™s also pretty good against ligma , sigma is kinda easy to run over with a aggression

Rush, plain and simple. Ramattra is a poke tank, trying to use nemesis form aggressively is just going to get him curbed stomped. So load up on rush heroes and lay him and his team out.

No no noā€¦. Ram is a rush hero. Orisa hog sigma are poke heroā€™s.

I straight up wouldnā€™t recommend brig as a ram counter he eats her alive

Id personally recommend long range damage heroes that can contest high ground like Soldier, Hanzo, or Cassidy. He has no vertical mobility, low range with his fists, and low uptime on his barrier. Just be sure to take into account map geography and visualize how Ramattra can contest you.

Orisa is far from a poke tank.

If youā€™re trying to play her as a dps sure, but her whip shot and rally can help your team stay alive during his ult.

Meiā€™s entire kit is pretty much anti ram.

Gonna throw Torb out there too. Once you or he enters Nemesis pummel range, youā€™re also prime to pop Overload and hold M2 on him. Easy way to burn him down.

If you can keep your distance from him during Nemesis then Zen is a good counter to him. Discord will force him to use his block more often.

I think of Ram in a similar way I think of Rein. His enemies are distance and high damage. Having a way to boop/stun his advance can make him get shredded if your team knows to look for the opening.

But it also depends on what the Ramā€™s team is doing.
