With hitscan getting buffed, mei not having fall off damage, and deadeye’s range being tripled, pharah is gonna suck even more than she already does

on console, pharah doesn’t even exist, because we can find thousand pharah mains with controllers, and more than 1 billion of mccree or widow or mei or any other hitscan hereos with mouse and keyboard, so she doesn’t exist on console. i’m not joking

There’s nothing wrong with heroes being situational. You see enemy team running double hitscan, it’s time to consider switching the Pharah.
By the way hitscan has never been better counter to Pharah than sniper, so with the expected meta shift, I think Pharah might end up in a better spot than currently. Soldier kills pharah in a 1.5-2s with great aim, whilst widow deletes her in less than second.
Rest in hell Pharah, i hope it will take you like a year to become a good again, you deserve it like no hero before, bye :*.

Who cares? The hero is unplayable without a pocket healer. That alone makes Pharah irrelevant for most Overwatch players. Where are they going to get loyal Mercy following them around?

Eu leaderboard on ps4: 7 out of the top ten have phara as most or second most played hero…
Phara is in almost every game in masters and above so I don’t know what game you are playing but it isnt the same one as me.

If Pharah was already getting constantly getting deleted whenever there are hitscan players with mouses and keyboards, we would never see Pharmercy in the OWL.
Except we do. Way more than anybody would like.

Hell no, on console expecially and against pharmercy in general this was necessary. Now hitscans besides Widow are real checks to her, thanks blizz

Mei is the only one with profectile that hadn’t gotten rid of fall-off, it’s just fair. Besides, I doubt she will be used much against Pharah. Otherwise, Hanzo would be one of her best counters.
It’s a good thing. Pharah aka Pharmacy has been too strong for too long. Especially on console where no one can deal with her because hitscan is so hard to play.

She wouldn’t really fall out unless mercy becomes useless. For maps like oasis you can use the environment a lot and these maps let wrecking ball thrive who can be a serious helping hand to you to take out hitscans.
Because Mei has a really good pick rate and can easily icicle both a Pharah and a Mercy down /sarcasm off.
If you use cover and occasionally even keep yourself grounded to benefit from shields/supports that can’t fly with you, Pharah should be just fine
