Well after months of hoping that the competitive ranked matches would get better, I consistently find myself let down. I used to love overwatch but when i consistently get placed on a team of all gold and silver vs a team of platinum and diamond with one or two gold strewn in I feel that it is not fair. I would not mind struggling to have one team barely win a match but i dont really enjoy getting steamrolled nearly every match. Just wish that something could be done to better the experience. As of today i will be leaving overwatch and going to Apex Legends and Anthem.

It’s funny because nobody can leave even the forum. Let alone the main game itself.
And even if people leave the game a certain big core is still there.
Only when the matchmaker will start to put silver gold and plat in one match due to the lack of players you can say the game is dying or a lot of people in said ranks left the game.
So far it is people complaining and often not leaving. And even if they leave they are so few and little that it has no impact on the game at all
Maybe a long break is in order. Hopefully you find what you’re looking for in apex and anthem:)

I’m sure those are both quality games. I hope you find what you’re looking for, but remember that Overwatch is unique, genre transcending game that will stand the test of time.
