Dear Dev Team, I don’t know but, why do i get placed on quickplay every time at least with 4k+ players? It doens’t matter, If in my team or on the enemy team, but im 3k. Can I please at least have some games with 2.5k-3.5k players ?

Because it’s quickplay. There aren’t very many 4k players online queing for quickplay at any given time so the matchmaker has to throw us in with basically anybody. The game prioritizes shorter queue times to balanced matches in quickplay. If not for that, GMs like myself would have to wait 10+ minutes to find a quickplay game. That wouldn’t feel too good.
But you know how annoying this is and frustraiting ? let’s say, you’re 1.5k, and you have to play against players who are 2.8k-isk, It’s like hey, we know this matchmaking is unfair but you know what? Let’s focus on reworking heros instead of a good and solid matchmaking.
Im not saying that i want to win every time or i want to have the stronger team. I’m only saying that is is so ridiculous broken the QP-matchmaking, you can’t even learn new heros or play on your niveau.
Be thankful, I’d like to play with very good players more often. That’s how you improve.

Its just putting them in with you as you have a similar mmr due to you farming the other ‘new’ players at the game, the MM decided to put you with the 4K plus to bring you back down to Earth.
yeah, right another game , the 4 in a row with 4k+ ish on the enemy team, i really don’t get it. you getting so hard slammed into the ground if you don’t have any 4k player in your team.
theres nothing to be learned by getting absolutley steam rolled by a 6 stack of gm’s while your on a team of randoms where 1 kill was gold.
what did i learn ? that highly skilled coordinated teams can beat a random sqaud of low lvs with no comunication ? No F’ing S@#

Rankings are not taken into account when it comes to QP at all.
You have another hidden MMR in place.
The problem comes say the default MMR is 1000 and you climb to 1500.
When a high ranked person queues he still has his 1000 since he doesn’t play QP, you get queued with him.
Eventually he will climb but it takes time.
And since he will only play 1-2 games he will climb a bit but nowhere near enough to stop getting put against you.
yeha, i’ge got a break for 5 hours, and the first 3 matches, i’ve got a 4.1k, 4.3, and 4.4 player on the enemy team, and on my we got only master. The 4.4k was even top 500, but yeah, fair matchmaking.

Their rating in ranked means nothing in QP.
heey, 5 games in a row! But hey I’ve lost all of the 5 games, but still playing against 4k+. last game, 4 people on the enemy team were top 500 , top!
