I want to inform you that in the game my quick scope works one time out of two when I play ana the first quick scope works but the second does not work and it’s like that on all the characters who sniper in the game. I test at friends and it does not do them and the problem does not come from my mouse we also did the test.

Hi, have you always had this problem?
If you tried to quickscope immediately after the first, the animations may not have finished yet (for Ana, her moving the lever for the next dart to go into the chamber).
It takes a bit of time to figure out the timing for it, but I suggest waiting for the entire animation and sound to finish first before trying to quickscope again. You can then shorten the interval between until you find that sweet spot.
