Blizz… For the love of God… Fix the QP MMR so that all roles are within similar ranks…
I am so tired of losing games because our DPS is barely out of silver.

Not gonna happen. Queue times are already high for a certain role, so tightening the MMR range would just make even longer queue times.

Yea, I didn’t consider that. I had a bad game then made this post inbetween queues… Thinking back , I could have spent a lil more time on the thought before I posted 
Gonna be honest here the DPS do not affect loses nearly as much as people are making it out to be. The WAY bigger issues is queue dodgers going tanks and supports and having no idea what they are supposed to be doing, thus wasting potentially 5 other players’ time in the process. Though that’s more a side effect of the majority of players refusing to learn how to tank or support.
Kinda what happens when we cultivate this mentality that tanks should only be bullet sponges/ult batteries and supports should just be free kills. Guaranteed that’s where this campaign against Moira is coming from. These people who refuse to understand the team aspect of the game only see the other 2 roles as an obstruction and not something to be learned and understood.
I think every role queue game should have 11 other AI players that are spawned that will have the exact same skill level as you. This will solve this issue and wait times.

If it’s just qp why do you even care about what sr/level people are?
Also is this just one of those everyone else is bad except you threads? Cause it sure sounds like it.
And btw, mmr doesnt & shouldnt mean a damn thing in qp/arcade.
that’s not fixable anymore. Because it’s either this, or endure 20 extra minutes for que times.
There aren’t just that many players, playing anymore.
Because RQ QP is more like ranked but without the SR gains/losses.
QP Classic is now superior to RoleQ QP in every way.
So glad, old QP (classic) has become enjoable with the RoleQ addition.
RoleQ Comp is also great (if you are not playing DPS)
