Nothing changed so far. I am still in team or against sniper winstons. Plz implement some kind of matchmaking to the game!

There is a MM system in QP but the longer you wait for games the more loose the systems becomes to get you into a game quicker.

Even if I wait for 10 seconds the matches could not be more unbalanced. My theory is that waiting times are randomly created or in place to reduce server load. by stretching out the number of games.

Not “ranked play”
If you want people around your skill, you need to play competitive.
Quick Play is balanced around your hidden MMR, but if queues get too long it matches who’s available to start a match (hence Quick Play).

Comp is just as unbalanced. Got into a group with 3 silvers against 6 gold. Went as predicted. Onetrick Genji failing at everything and refusing to switch against hardcounters is not my skill level.
Edit: Next match we got another pair of silvers against full gold. Went as expected.
