No one wants to be an unpaid beta tester, so instead of offering incentive they’re forcing anyone who plays quick play to do it.
Spoiler alert, people aren’t going to like it when the only reason they’re playing it is because you replaced the game mode they actually wanted to play. Any kind of feedback you get is going to be dominated by negatively.
It’s as if the devs didn’t explain how they were carrying out these qp hacked events. This one likely falls under the “highly disruptive” category and so will likely get its own playlist.
This hacked is absolute garbage, 2 dvas, 2 maugas, 2 broken heros, on the same team. Unless your team does the same it’s unfun and steamrolls. It’s dumb

The worst part is no one knows how long it’s supposed to last. It just dropped unannounced with incorrect information on the banner and no end dates.
I have this weird feeling it was supposed to run this past weekend, but someone accidentally turned on the double XP weekend modifier instead. They didn’t notice before they had already left work.
So Monday rolls around, and they realize they have no QP hacked data. To cover their mistake, they just turn on double trouble unannounced, hoping nobody up top notices. 
Ow is a free to play live service, and by definition is unfinished, which means yes you are indeed a beta tester.
Yet everybody is.
They actually covered that in blog last month. Apparently when they tried similar tests thru Arcade in OW1 there was never enough people playing it for accurate testing and feedback so they are having to do it this way to make sure they get enough test matches.

You can’t have more than 1 tank tho? Unless you’re talking about open queue, which is already a meme mode of tank stacking.
I would love if they did the Experimental card and rewarded people for playing it, whether it’s credits, currency, an exclusive weapon charm, title - something.
I think giving people a reason to play it relatively extensively is a much more favorable way to get participation and data, than taking over a mode that people play to either warm up for comp, or play to have fun with friends. These gimmicks are not fun for everyone.
I’ve abstained for this one, it’s not something I enjoy at all and I am not having fun.
one single day, like whats the point? they do everything wrong, they force a stupid change they will never implement on the game witht the excuse to gather data, but then they only make it avalible by 1 day, what they can do with 1 day?
My friends and I just played comp instead. It’s a dumb gimmick.

It was a strange start time for this event if it was supossed to run on the weekend starting it just after the weekend.
It is kind of fun I havve just played Open Q so far and you got a good chance to play the hero you want.
It can not be fun in Role Q especially for the tank players.
