pretty sure the highest rank people all employ this. if you get matched with a wintrader/thrower for one game, theres a good chance you will get matched with him on the next game, so they wait for a couple of minutes to let that thrower find a match and then queue again. i dont think a good matchmaking system should have to make people do this to get a decent match lol…
