I don’t normally play Tracer so my technique needs a lot of work, and I know her Pulse hitbox was recently nerfed, but this is ridiculous. When you look straight at someone who’s not moving and toss it and it can even clip through the tailend of his coat but still not stick… I feel like there’s gotta be something wrong here.
