if you use 1600 dpi instead of 800, that means there might be 4 times scane imformation you computer accepts. This means higher dpi will take more cpu resourse. This is why many experienced FPS player use 400dpi. Sometimes even very slight latency time which you can not feel can cause you miss shot.
For users who don’t not have powerful cpu, they should choose lower dpi.
Is this correct? I’m not very sure, I feel lower dpi is easier for me, I am not sure is the input delay or not. Another statement is higher dpi will detect more of your finger movement and hand shaking.

No this is because Its easier to track and aim when you can use your whole arm for a precise movement rather than move slightly for a large one.

I wasn’t talking about the whole game sens, just dpi, for exmaple 400dpi8=3200, and 800dpi4=3200, they are different
That’s an interesting idea that I’ve personally never heard of. I used to play on 1600 but switched to 800 awhile back and didn’t notice a difference. However, my PC is an actual gaming computer. I assume that it’d be a bigger difference on slower PCs.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of DPI lowering performance, given my PC isn’t a total potato but I can’t see a difference in performance between using 200 DPI and 12000 DPI.
