Where can we purchase seasonal skins with our remaining credits? I checked the 'What’s New" section and it’s only the Genji Happi skin. I’ve been trying to find it and I don’t see anything 
In the hero gallery. Seasonal event skins show up with their respective event icon next to it. So the pumpkin for Halloween event skins, the fancy A symbol for the Archives event skins, the Winter event skins will have a snowflake next to them and etc.

There is an event that is allowing us to buy skins we missed out on. The problem is I can’t seem to find where that place is, in the game. If you go to the patch notes it’s called “Overwatch Credits Last Chance Event” and supposedly it started this morning at 11AM.
I checked my Hero Gallery on Heroes I know I don’t have many event skins on and the locked skins don’t show up.
It’s not really an event, it’s just Blizzard unlocking skins that are usually locked outside of their respective events. If you look in your hero gallery, under each hero’s skin list, you will see the seasonal icons next to specific skins. Those skins are seasonal skins and are now purchasable as shown in this image. (sorry, I can’t post links)

Trilly covered the important bits, I’ll just add that loot boxes earned will be anniversary loot boxes until loot boxes stop existing.

I guess I must have them all because I checked every hero and I don’t see a single one that’s for sale

In your gallery, click the “filter” button, then select the items as shown in this link: https://imgur.com/a/Ae7NeVx then press “done” and your hero gallery should display only the items you are missing. If all the hero tiles say 0/0, that means you own all the items.
Yeah I did this prior to posting about it here but didn’t know if I was missing something. I checked and have 0/0 so I guess I do own them all lol
Yeah, you’re a plat border so that’s definitely expected. I’m in the same situation on my main account. $20k coins and nothing to spend it on.
