I tried something funny today. I logged in on my account lvl350 ish and played a few matches. Then I logged in on my friends account lvl36 and fought the same players. How can that be if the matchmaking system is supose to work? We are ranked differently in comp aswell. I just dont get it. I think the matchmaking system is broken, or has never worked, that it is a lie. Because this is some weird sh*t.
The level of your account doesn’t represent your skill, the system will evaluate your skill and put you against the proper opponents, that is why.
How can that be when those accounts are totally different and my “skill” and my friends “skill” is not even close, not even the same playertype. He plays tanks, I play dps. No, that does not make sense.
Maybe they are actually. ALso you would have to provide proof, otherwise we don’t know if you are telling the truth, anyone can say anything in here.
Yeah, thats the main goal of my day. To log into a game and lie about how I experience the game then to log intoa forum and lie some more. Yeah, there are trolls here, im not one of them. Cant post anything here except text.

What do you want as proof sir? Screenshots of the players? Screenshots of the account levels? my bloodtype or my dna? or maybe an x-ray? my bankdetails?
You are claiming that the matchmaking doesn’t work because a situation you mention, but you are unwilling to prove it which is extremely easy.
It’s very easy, just make a screenshot showing that what you say is true.
Level doesn’t matter. Only the MMR does. A few dozen levels is already enough to set your MMR so that you get the same opponents outside competitive. QP does not use anything related to competitive. It has it’s own MMR system
I’ve been playing against similar opponents on this alt account ever since lvl 25 as on my main account. I don’t really understand it all though since half the games are like that and half the games are like I would be a newer player which means averaged plat/dia games, where as games are consistently master+ on my main account. It’s super weird that I get much better/favorable matchmaking on this account despite the fact that the MMR has already settled
That’s why I definitely think that there’s something wrong about the matchmaking though. It shouldn’t matter at this point if I play on this account or my main, but the difference is still there. My main account suffers while I get favored on this account. That simply doesn’t make any sense

If you frequently see the same players, the MM may have a very small pool to choose from. In my experience on the NA servers it’s rare to see the same people twice, much less on the same day. I have few issues with the MM, works as good as I can reasonably expect.
