It’s a smaller projectile, but lag exists.

hmm i thought they made the arrow hitbox bigger than the arrow model
like how they made old roadhog’s hook hitbox

Nope, but it will totally juke to the side with a big enough lag spike.

Also hitboxes are big.

It’s one of the smallest projectiles in the game. But that doesnt really matter when hitboxes in this game are huge

Its the smallest projectile in the game together with genjis shuriken. But as said many times already hitboxes are big and lag doesnt make it better.

Approximatively…
If my calculations are correct…

Hanzo’s Arrows are about the size of a tree trunk.

This has always been my guess, but since the game is “favor the shooter”, the arrow hits from his POV so the game readjusts the arrow for everyone else.

All shots, projectile or hitscan, redo their animation on hit. You have the in-flight animation, which will vary slightly for shooter and others iirc, and then you have the predictive on-hit animation, by which the arrow can seem to swerve greatly depending on one’s latency.

That said, the hitboxes of Hanzo’s Arrows are tied for the smallest among all projectiles in the game, iirc.

Hanzo’s arrows are the smallest projectiles in the game but hitboxes/lag make it look big.
