Qp que times very long

i am approaching 10 minutes which is by far the longest que i have ever had for qp, is anyone experiencing similar times right now?

it should be busy where i am as its the normal time i play at

Because Venture is out for the weekend.

i am aware of that, but if more people are playing shouldnt the que times be quicker?

Not if most players are queing for DPS only to try and play as Venture.

but dps was always the most populated, and my que times were near instant

There is an influx of people queuing for DPS now. There are far more players trying to play DPS than there usually is.

This happens every time a new hero becomes playable. I would try to be patient.

i was just genuinely curious if everyone was getting the same que times i was, at first i thought my client hadnt updated which might be why, but it was

unlikely, if there is a greater number of choices to pull for the pool, and since qp has loose mm it technically should be fast

No worries. Yeah, it’s just there’s a lot of people all wanting to try and play the new character but the game still has to try and fill for tank and support, which is why the queue times for DPS are much longer than usual is all.

i guess i hadnt thought about that, perhaps a bunch of tank and support players are queing dps and those slots are low pop
