I don’t get how this game can create matches when I’m placed against the same trolling Smurfs every game. I’m 5/20 this week. It’s always the same Echo and sombra that just spawn camps me regardless of hero chosen.
You can avoid them and report them to your liking.
You cannot avoid the other team. They are not cheating so why report them?

How do you play against smurfs if you’re not in a ranked mode? Make that make sense
Because every account has a rating, and people who are gold+ like to make a new account with low rating to go against low rated/new players to stroke their own ego. this is why we report them 
i have seen one do nothing all game and in the last 1 minute of gameplay go from 3k/0d to 28k/0d and take the game plus the potg.

Also, smurfing isn’t bannable so your reports do nothing. Just saying

The whole team isn’t smurphing or trolling my dude.
It’s maybe one player at a time.
What your conflating is the domino effect of that the one player doing well getting kills, or one player on your team dieing to the enemy over and over again. Gives the rest them more of an advantage over the rest of your team. And inturn get more kills.
that and well they could be playing a more coherent comp, or playing into heroes that do have advantages over yours.

Can you go tell the guy in the other thread that? He seems to think alt accounts get you hardware banned.

I’m enjoying comp though. Yeah the queue times have gone from 1 minute to 2-3 minutes but that’s nothing. Still fun. Still far superior to QP.
It’s Can be put under greifing, can also be put under boosting/deranking, you can gladly have many accounts, but to do it for the sole purpose of stomping on people for fun it is Greifing and is bannable welcome to understanding the report system
That, and the fact the matchmaker itself puts higher rank players against lower rank players in QP.
It’s not smurfing when the game puts those players in our games.

Because like some of my games on mei can go, pretty skewed both ways were it look like I’m smurphing or throwing in a given scenario. partially do to what the enemy team is playing, partially do to the fact I have a very odd playstyle where use the wall like a mobility tool as much as a trapping tool.
And I can get kills some really good picks or die doing something really odd. And my teams stats will inflate or drop because of it.
So yes and yes?
It tries to mirror both teams with a player of similar skill in the same role.
