I try to play Pharah cause she has some nice skill expression with rocket boops and stuff, but I am so unlucky in this game lol. I always pick a hero to start loving to play the moment Blizz makes it harder to play said hero with their balancing.

No point for this post but a rant, but hitscans are BORING to die to. Soldier just lasers over my head and my best defense is playing across the map. All he has to do is graze my upper body for a fraction of a second and I’m at 80 hp.

oh you’re right but people can’t handle gameplay too detached from call of duty so you get people saying pharah is OP or hanzo is OP

All opinion, but I would rather die to non widow hitscan heroes than projectile spam in your general direction.

It’s finally time to switch heroes. If you can’t do well even against heroes you are countering and are malding because of it and everyone else is malding because of it; just do everyone, especially yourself, a favor and swap off.

Everyone knows projectiles take more skill than hitscan, hitscan players will just never admit their heroes are easier, and they’ll whine a lot if they get any nerfs

Complaining about a hero being mercy boosted while you are picking Pharah. This is the definition of irony, right?

Pharah no not even close but you lost all credibility when mentioning hanzo. Every hitscan is weaker than hanzo and anyone who actually knows the game knows that.

If you pick Pharah you will always find yourself against hitscan. Even if they don’t start as hitscan, they will swap to it since other projectile characters (except Echo) can’t do anything about her.

I don’t ask for Mercy boost. It isn’t irony. I can play around Illani and hitscan already melt me plenty fast without boost. I don’t even like being boosted. I just like healing pocket.
A boosted soldier is just overkill.

Heroes I’m countering?

That’s all fine and good, but every game is like 4 hitscan.
I have zero qualms with someone swapping to Ashe to fight me.

Do you understand what irony is even? If you get pocket healing you also get boost. Pharmercy is broken even more than mercy+soldier. Pharah on her own is fine, but not seen very often.

The biggest offender on this is Soldier. He’s the hitscan with practice wheels and leads the damage in every single game. It’s just too much and not fun anymore.

Its only “spam” to you because you dont understand that just because their reticle wasnt over you doesn’t mean they werent aiming at you.

Spam gets virtually no kills against good players.

The typical spelling is innit for a similar emphasis of consonants as in gonna or wanna.

However, the technically proper use of apostrophes and such would leave it as i’n’ it.

Unless closer range, projectiles are shooting in the general direction. Lots of time people are a/d strafing, and people happened to accidentally walk into the shots after missing many in a row. It is spam; it is luck. Unless we are talking about people moving in straight lines and predicting that, cuz that’s is aimed and easy to do. But only really bad players move like that.

Is it possible to have a discussion on these forums without othering people who play a particular hero or class of heroes? Like yeesh you’re calling everyone who plays hitscan whiners on a post whining about hitscan!

It’s just want people enjoy playing in a video game, no need to get tribalistic.
