Translocator should reload her gun - Mei
Cryo should reload her gun - Hammond
Should be able to use his shield in ball form - Rein
Should be able to cancel charge, but not instantly. If he presses the button again, he should decelerate - Brig
Repair Pack’s cooldown should be refunded if the target dies before the pack reaches them
Most ults should be able to be canceled after a minimum of 1 second. For example, Pharah should be able to cancel her 3 second ult after the first second.
