Push to talk on mouse buttons not working

When I first tried to use group voice chat rather than discord, I noticed that it wouldn’t work. I thought it was that my device wasn’t set to the right mic, but after setting my default Windows mic (seeing as there’s apparently no way to actually choose a mic in in-game settings?) and restarting Overwatch, I found that it still wasn’t working. That is until today I decided to try changing the bind to CAPSLOCK. Apparently CAPSLOCK works fine, but, if I set it back to MB5, I can’t voice chat in game. There’s no display of me talking in the top right corner, it just doesn’t register as a push to talk key at all.

Bumping this. I also have this. My push-to-talk is bound to M5, and does not work when not in game. It does start to work if I repeatedly press it until I hear the chime of turning on, but only in game.

The only thing that works for me when outside of a game is push-to-talk keyboard settings. Really hope they are aware of this.

Bumping this as well. The button works, it works for other game controls, but for some reason it just won’t work for push to talk. Would prefer it worked on my mouse so that it’s easier to communicate in-game
