For full tranparency i dont really have a 100% understanding of the game mode quite yet, but at least, i know one thing, the gamemode can often drag way too long and is way too harsh on the losing team to make any sort of comeback, leading to alot of the matches being a snowball, requiring the losing team to win multiple fights back to back to even have a chance of comeback.
So, to combat that i think theres gotta be a few things :

The Bot guy wich idk its name, lets just call it Pubbo, should move at a even faster rate when going back to his barricade, by idk about 30%, also gives 30% speed boost at a 5M radius to wichever team is pushing it while not pushing the barricade, if not contested, also needs at least 1s of pushing to activate the speed boost.
(Pretty self explanatory, this basically helps wichever team wins the fight to not have to fight multiple times if the bot is too far away from his barricade, the speed boost is there so that your team doesn’t need a Lucio to follow it because it would be faster) - Pubbo also should automatically go back to the center if not contested (So if the winning team doesnt push it back to the losing team cuz they are already on the lead, it goes back itself)
- Pubbo also maybe could push its barricade about 15% faster if the checkpoint has not yet been reached, this i’m not too sure.(Basically helps the losing team get some sort of lead back faster, makes the game faster in general)
- Then remove the extra 2 minutes they gave the game mode.
