I bought some coins to purchase skins and emotes with, which after purchasing kept their lock icons and I couldnt equip them even though i purchased them. So i closed my game to restart but now i can’t seem to log back into the game, it keeps having a server error.

I have the same issue. I filtered the hero library to see if I still have some skins to buy for tokens. I noticed that Symettra Hydra skin is available for purchase so I bought it. Afterwards it still showed as locked and I can’t log in to the game now as well.

The problem is still there. I bought a skin from the store, the coins were deducted from my account, but I can’t equip the skin, it’s locked.
Hello, i had the same problem : skin locked and unable to log anymore on Xbox Series X.
I solved it (temporary ) by restart the xbox to empty the game “cookie” (that’s not the good word sorry but it is a similar concept)
I bought two skins, it’s took the coins but the skins are now just locked
