Tried to purchase the S13 Starter Pack. There was an error during the purchase. Now I try to purchase it again and it says, “Good news, you have already purchased this content” but I can’t see it anywhere. No clue whether the purchase happened or not.

I am also having this issue. There is a pending hold on my card but I got an error when I was purchasing the starter pack and it is not showing in my account
If this is still unresolved, you may need to open a ticket for purchase failure.
Same here, contacted Playstation and we have been trying things but nothing has worked yet.
For what it’s worth I found my way here after seeing my purchase not work for the Season 13 Starter Pack (Sombra witch + 1000 coins). Suggestions on waiting and contacting Sony being fruitless, I messed around and fixed it.
Press start button on the game icon and choose to RESTORE LICENSE. Accept everything it says. Took 10ish seconds to run.
Started the game and there’s my 1000 coins and Nightshade skin.
