Purchased coins and not recieved them

Earlier today at approximately 9:00 (GMT) I purchased the 2,200 overwatch coin pack and have not recieved my coins. Additionally 30 minutes later I purchased the 500 coin pack to see if that would fix the issue and have not recieved those either.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Yes I have the same issue and because of it I cant buy the battle pass. I’ve done a support ticket but all I got back was the restart client and change password and that has done nothing and its nearly 24 hours since I did it

same here. i opened a ticket and they told me “we don’t see the transaction, sry lol XD”. went to microsoft and they can see it just fine. so can my bank account. really fun!

yes Microsoft and my bank can see it and the message i got said they could also see it but still nothing

you could but you will most likely just get this back:
I see you are missing the coins from your latest purchase, I am so sorry to hear that.

If you do not see your coins delivered immediately in game, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.Log out of the Overwatch 2 client and back in
2.On PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and the Overwatch 2 client and then back in
3.Reset your account password

If the above steps do not work, wait 24 hours and try again.

So wait 24 hours and ask for a refund basically.

Yes I bought these coins at 7:10pm (GMT) which I’m fast approaching again so as soon as that happens and if nothing happens I’m asking for a refund.
