I bought the Overwatch 2 Starter Pack bundle through the Microsoft store. I recieved the 1000 OW credits, but not the Pumpkin Bastion skin. From what I’m seeing through the reviews on the Microsoft store, I am not the only one who had this problem. Then I attempted to buy both the “lounge” and “laugh” emotes for Lifeweaver with my credits. Both times the purchase went through, but refused to allow me to equipped the emotes. I restarted the game thinking it was a bug only to see I was 1000 credits short still with neither of the emotes.

I am having the same problem with buying a highlight intro. I got my credits taken but was unable to equip it because it remained locked even after I restarted my game.
